Our 1 bdrm 1 bath guest house is perfect for your Colorado Springs visit. Walk to Colorado College, bike to the heart of downtown, we're less than 10 min. from Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, great hiking, mountain bike trails, & Garden of the Gods. Located downtown, in the beautiful Old North End, enjoy our Zen Garden and reflecting pond (drained in winter). Our place is great for parents visiting students or adventurer’s. Free street parking. The house is stocked with all you need.

This newly renovated guest house is complete with a full kitchen and a beautiful spa like bathroom complete with a rain shower head and a steam shower to warm the muscles on a cold day. The bedroom is small & efficient. It's perfect for the adventurer who just needs a great place to rest. Laundry room in space. Free street parking. E-bikes and E-scooters are only a short, one block, walk and is a great way to enjoy downtown Colorado Springs.
