Our 1 bdrm 1 bath guest house is perfect for your Colorado Springs visit. Walk to Colorado College, bike to the heart of downtown, we're less than 10 min. from Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, great hiking, mountain bike trails, & Garden of the Gods. Located downtown, in the beautiful Old North End, enjoy our Zen Garden and reflecting pond (drained in winter). Our place is great for parents visiting students or adventurer’s. Free street parking. The house is stocked with all you need.

Small and luxurious. This newly renovated guest house is complete with a full kitchen and a beautiful spa like bathroom complete with a rain shower head and a steam shower to warm the muscles on a cold day. The bedroom is small & efficient. It's perfect for the adventurer who just needs a great place to rest. Laundry room in space. Free street parking. E-bikes and E-scooters are only a short, one block, walk and is a great way to enjoy downtown Colorado Springs.

We are located in the beautiful Old North End in Downtown Colorado Springs. We are walking distance to Colorado College and a short e-scooter ride to the heart of downtown Colorado Springs.

Guest Access

The Guest house is located behind the main house in the Garden. A few stairs take you into the back yard & a few stairs to enter the house. Once inside, the guest house is one floor. It is completely private and separate from the main house.

Beautiful little retreat. We stayed three days and it made a peaceful place to hang out after site seeing. Sitting on the patio by the front door next to the lovely yard was a treat. The building is well designed and finishes are high end, gives a very luxurious feel. Stocked with everything we needed. We were very happy

The Zen Garden House was one of my favorite Airbnb’s ever! The fact that it was designed by Frank Lloyd Wright’s granddaughter, the Zen atmosphere of the yard, the privacy of the property and the efficient use of space and minimalist design made it a wonderful experience. Add to that the responsiveness of our host Bea and it was perfect! In addition the walkable area around the property included beautiful architectural houses as it was located in the Old North End which is historical. A walk through the Colorado Campus nearby brought back many memories of our college days!

This is a diamond of a place. This place is nestled in a beautiful older neighborhood and within 10-15 minutes of so much do in Colorado Springs; specifically Garden of the Gods and the Red Rock Canyon open spaces. The beautiful zen garden was so peaceful and the inviting as we entered the home. The home itself was comfortable and quaint while offering a full kitchen and laundry. The bathroom was spa like with its shower experience with steam room capabilities (this was awesome). The bed was comfortable with soft linens. It was perfect for our anniversary weekend!

There is free street parking on our quite street. There are e-bikes and e-scooters available just a short walk (1 block up) away to rent as well.
